143. I hula hooped for an hour straight.
But it's not just the average hula hoops, it's an excercise one. It's super heavy duty. And it hurts a lot, if you're not used to it. I hadn't used it in like 6 months, so it was awful at first. And then it was fine, but then it hurt, because my skin was dry. I suggest if someone else ever does this make sure you watch something entertaining. I threw on a little season 2 of 21 Jumpstreet. Oh, Officer Tom Hanson...What an ace. Anyways, my skin hurt like mad afterwards, like I'd just been sunburn, and it felt super weird to walk. I'm gonna feel super bruised tomorrow. But it's good excercise. It's actually kind of fun, just not if you do it for an hour. I'll stick to 30 minutes at a time.
On another note, I'm still going strong on giving up pop for lent. I don't know if I've ever made it this far on pop. Last year with Diet Coke and Lays Chips wasn't too bad, but all pop was murder for the first couple of days. I was really tired, and thirsty. But I'm actually enjoying not drinking pop now. But practically every night this week I've had a dream where I'm drinking pop and I start freaking out. Like I have this half drunk can in my hand and I think "how I do I keep letting this happen?"
Also speaking of dreams, I had a dream a few nights ago that I was hanging out with Billy Joel, but it was circa Piano Man, and we dueted on "A Whole New World" because he didn't have anyone for the ladie's part. It was pretty awesome.
