IKEA BOO CAT

I know I'm not the only one disappointed in the lack of updating recently. My bad..

119. Feb. 17: I read a book of the Bible.

Upon the suggestion of Jon Towey, I read James. What I got from it was that it outlined the ways to perfect oneself. And not necessarily to become a perfect person, but to be faithful, and right in everything that you do. It seemed to be almost like guidelines for how you should act.

I don't often read the Bible, although when you tell someone you go to church regularly, they automatically assume that's all you do. I suppose you could call me a more passive Christian; a.k.a. a Lutheran.

well done! glad to see one of my suggestions made it through. James is great. He explains that faith without action is dead, but is careful not to make it "a list of do's and don'ts" We are called to be more like Jesus not so that he loves us, but because he does. Holler!
