125. Feb. 23: I cooked this pasta dish I love all by myself.
I made it for my birthday as well, but since I was making a double batch, I needed some help. It's the most amazing pasta, and it's so simple. Garlic, Olive Oil, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil, Fresh Mozzarella, and Pasta. So great. So so great.
I could also say that I gave blood without nearly fainting for the first time. It took forever, so I just posse'd on up to class, and I didn't wait around. They were using the blood busses this time, so I imagine that's why it went a little slower. I do really like giving blood, but I hate the aftermath on my arm. I don't like seeing the little hole. Plus, they couldn't find my vein right away, so they had to dig around with the needle. Ewww.... But the guy who was drawing my blood was really hilarious, so that made me a little more at ease. I just don't like the feeling of the needle going in. But I would suggest that anyone who is able to give blood, because if you are able, there is no reason not to. It's awesome, and it totally doesn't hurt that much. I think some people are just kind of wimpy when it comes to giving blood. But that's a really stupid excuse when you think about the fact that you could save 3 lives. Some people need to get over themselves.
Make sure if you're reading this, to go back about 7 posts or so, because I haven't updated since last Monday, and I'm not doing a mass post.
