181. Apr. 20: I read fitness magazine.
Some people might have wanted me to get high on this day, because it was 4/20, but sorry, I did not.
I really like reading articles about fitness and nutrition, difficult as it may seem to believe, it's true. For some reason I never wanted to read it, but Caroline has a subscription so I took the newest copy, and read through it. It's pretty informative, I'd say. But not necessary to get the best health articles. There are more tid-bits in there than anything. If you want a good health article, read Glamour, they have a great health and fitness section.
