Did you know that you don't have to refrigerate organic milk? I guess I don't know if this applies to all organic milk, but you don't have to refrigerate organic valley brand.
i didn't know this...but i think rachel is right about the milk in europe. i remember being given room temperature milk in germany. it made me want to throw up. are you going to drink warm milk now?

i think that is how milk is over in europe as well. the idea of it kind of weirds me out as well as no wanting to drink room temperature milk.

You don't have to refrigerate it, but you *serve* it cold.
